SCO ExCom for 2011 chosen - ready to work

New Executive Committee members for 2011

This year we had four ExCom seats up for re-election.  We had precisely four nominations so the seats were filled by acclimation.  We welcome the continued participation of Janet Pelley, Christine Elwell and Brooke Erickson.  Mike Noble chose to step down.  Our brand new ExCom member is Emma Cane who you will recognize as a past Chapter Coordinator.  Emma has expressed interest in expanding our outings program.  She has a background in forestry and multiple years on our Car Free Day campaign.  She will make a great asset for our committee.

Big thanks to Mike who served on the ExCom for many years. We especially appreciate his work on our Car Free Day.  Mike says he plans to stay active by coordinating a road closure on his street and working with surrounding neighborhoods to make more successful community car free days.
